Pet Policy

Aviare accepts indoor cats and dogs. All pets are to be brought to our office for a pet interview/approval before allowed to stay on the property.  Please speak with our leasing team for full details.  
Pet deposit: $500
Pet rent: $50 monthly
A max. of 2 pets per apartment.
